Basic Hourly Rates (remote or onsite)
Zoho application & business process consulting: $150 per hr
10 hour retainers are billed at $1,350 (10% discount)
20 hour retainers are available for $ 2,400 (20% discount)
Minimum Appointment Times
Local onsite appointments are booked for a minimum of 2 hour
Onsite appointments outside our local area are booked for a 8 hour day
Remote sessions, including screen sharing sessions, telephone and email support billed in 15-minute increments
Business Hours
Business hours are from 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday
Support outside of normal business hours is billed at 1.5 times the basic hourly rate during the week, and 2 times the basic rate on weekends and holidays
Payment Terms
Payment for fees at rates agreed for work performed is due on receipt of invoice
Retainers are due prior to work commencing
Payments are accepted using any major credit card, or your PayPal account. Checks are not accepted.
Monthly retainers are due on the first day of each month during which services will be rendered
Any amounts owing to Actoris Consulting after 14 days from the date services were rendered will be subject to a 3% surcharge per month, retroactive to the date services were rendered
Missed Appointments & Cancellations
If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, we require a cancellation fee equal to one hour of time for the type of services that were scheduled
Projects
Actoris Consulting is happy to provide fixed cost pricing for defined projects, such as software solution evaluation/selection projects and system implementations. Pricing and terms will be detailed in a proposal prior to the commencement of work.
Projects are billed 50% in advance, and the remaining balance due upon completion of acceptance of the project work
Monthly Service Contracts
A discounted hourly fee can be negotiated for recurring services that are paid for in advance at the beginning of each month
